How is this a 6-bedroom, 5-bath home? The floor plan has a master on the main, 3 additional bedrooms on the main, and a bunk room on the lower. That’s 5 bedrooms. For baths, there’s the en-suite bath for the master, a bath adjacent to the 3 other main level bedrooms, a bath at the bunk room, and a powder accessible only from outside just behind the grilling area. That’s 3.5 baths. Even if you include the outdoor shower combined with the powder, it’s only 4 baths. I’m no math wizard, but 6 and 5 are not the same number, and neither is 5 and 4. Is there another bed and bath on the property that is not in the house that is being included in the count?

Annoying to watch this on a big HDTV in portrait, I wish the person filming would turn the phone sideways to film in landscape as it would look much better, And clean the lenses you can see a smudge was on the camera giving that glowing/fuzzy look throughout the video, easy little things to do to make it look much better.

The local in tweed byron you don't see too many of them anymore

Byron used to be a bit rough there back in nineties and early and mid 2000s that park near the beach hotel when I was there there were fights in middle of the day in that park I went back there in 2014 what a change cctv camera's around the town you can eat your lunch in peace without scammers hanging around I was staying at the packbackers I went out at night on my own without getting abused

I've noticed these townhouses at 5 Cemetery Byron Bay for sale on and off over the years, and I have to share my disappointment at what the current owner of 2/5 Cemetery Rd has done with the renovation and landscaping here - they have painted the townhouse an ugly modern dark grey colour, which is not in harmony with the greenery and trees of the area, whereas the other existing townhouses at this street number, have been painted a nice green colour - also, the entry steps leading onto the deck have no railing for safety against falls, especially for older people, and in wet weather, those entry steps and landscaping tiles out the front would be dangerously slippery - and why did they change the open carport on the left side of the building into another bedroom - it's so important to have undercover parking with those summer hailstorms and hot sun causing damage to the paintwork of vehicles. I honestly prefer the way this townhouse was before the renovation, along with the much cheaper price.
